The grade 5/6 students began designing their personal Mandala by identifying symbols, colours and shapes that represented themselves. Once they had these designs they put them into their persoanl Mandala. A Mandala means circle in Sanskrit language and is a geometric figure representing the universe in Hindu and Buddhist symbolism.
